Vendors

The non-refundable vendor fee for the Portland Veterans Day Parade is $50.00. Each vendor receives a 10' x 10' space. No alcohol or cannabis product vendors are permitted at this time. Please fill out all fields in the registration form below. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk, that looks like this:

By clicking "Register" above, I hereby represent that: 
1.  I am 18 years of age or older. 
2.  I recognize and appreciate any dangers and risks inherent in participating in this Event.
3.  I am submitting this release and waiver of liability declaration voluntarily, and of my own free will.
4.  I have no physical or emotional problems which will impair my ability to participate in the Portland Veterans Day Parade.
5.  I hold harmless and agree to indemnify Veterans Day Portland Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and other team members from all claims, liability, and damages I, or anybody I employ or have volunteer on behalf of my organization at the event, may sustain from any bodily injury, personal injury, or property damage which may occur from any cause, including negligence, before, during, and after this event in which I and my team voluntarily participate.
6. I understand the vendor fee is non-refundable.
7. If I am providing food, I will provide a copy of all representatives' valid food handler cards and permits at least two weeks prior to the event. I understand failure to do so will result in my organization not being able to participate. I understand I will forfeit the vendor fee.
8.  I acknowledge that I am NOT acting as an employee of Veterans Day Portland Inc.
9. I acknowledge the Portland Veterans Day Parade is an inclusive, nonpartisan, family-friendly event officially permitted by the City of Portland. I understand the parade reserves the right to remove anyone at any time who displays behavior in a manner that is not in alignment with the spirit of the event.
10. I acknowledge that I have read and understand this entire Waiver of Liability and Release, and I agree to all of its terms.
